General description of training as an interior architect: 

Formal training in spacial design is offered at accredited art-schools.

The four year bachelor (hons.) program leads to interior designer. 

Seven academies offer additional two year master programs in interior architecture. Only these master programs will offer an entry in the legal register. As of 2015 a master degree will be required for entry in the architectenregister.
